Short bio

My name is Tim Vicario and I'm running for CCSD School Board District F. I am a proud father of 2 daughters that go to school at Frias Elementary here in Las Vegas. My oldest is Ava and she is in 2nd grade. My baby is Emma and she is in Kindergarten. My wife is a Special Education teacher in the district. As for myself, I am a licensed middle school history teacher at Innovations Charter School here in Las Vegas. I believe I can bring real world experience and a unique perspective to the school board. It would be my great pleasure to represent the voters of this district.

VISION

My vision for the future of CCSD is to maximize the districts resources and to ensure a high quality education for all students.
  • Hiring and retaining highly qualified licensed educators
  • Smaller class sizes
  • Ensure students and staff have a safe learning environment
  • Improving and expanding extracurricular activities
  • Provide additional supports and resources to administration
  • Increase district transparency
